Build what radiologists will thank you for.
Radiology is under real strain: rising volumes, a radiologist shortage, and a maze of point solutions between physicians and their patients. We're the team fixing that, and we're small enough that your work ships and matters.
Why build here
A team with receipts
Our founders created radiology's workflow orchestration category at PeerVue in 2006, scaled it through enterprise, and reunited in 2023 to build what should have existed all along. You'll work alongside people who have shipped this industry's software for decades.
Work that lands in reading rooms
The Radiologist Cockpit runs real reads at real customers, from national radiology groups to health systems. What you build shows up on a radiologist's desktop, not in a backlog.
Tampa roots, remote reach
Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with remote teammates across the country. We hire for the work, not the zip code.
Open roles
Implementation Project Manager
Own customer go-lives end to end: workflow mapping, configuration, training, and the first weeks of production reading. You'll be the person who turns a signed contract into radiologists who wonder how they worked without it.

Key responsibilities
Own the go-live
- Run each implementation end to end, from kickoff through the first weeks of production reading, as the single point of accountability for the customer and for us.
- Build and hold the project plan: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and the decisions that need a name and a date next to them.
- Keep a steady cadence of status with the customer's project sponsor, and escalate early rather than late.
Workflow mapping and configuration
- Sit with radiologists, technologists and operations leads to document how work actually moves today, not how the org chart says it does.
- Translate that into worklist configuration: reader profiles, credentials, subspecialty, licensing, workload targets and routing behaviour.
- Coordinate interface work with our integration engineers: HL7 feeds, order and result flows, PACS and RIS touchpoints, and the normalization each site needs.
Training and adoption
- Train radiologists and staff in the reading room, on their studies, not on a demo dataset.
- Build the reference material each site keeps: quick-start guides, super-user notes, and the escalation path for week one.
- Watch the first production days closely and tune configuration while the team is still forming its habits.
Handoff and feedback
- Transition the account cleanly to support and customer success, with open items written down and owned.
- Bring what you learn back to product: the configuration people always ask for, the step that always confuses, the report nobody uses.
Required qualifications
- Experience running customer-facing software implementations, ideally in healthcare IT.
- Working familiarity with radiology operations and the systems around a read: PACS, RIS, EHR, dictation and reporting.
- Comfort with clinical stakeholders, including radiologists, and the judgment to know when to push and when to listen.
- Strong written communication. Plans, status and decisions that a busy sponsor can read in two minutes.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for kickoffs and go-lives.
Nice to have
- Hands-on exposure to HL7, DICOM or interface engines.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, peer review or critical-results products.
- A background inside a radiology group or imaging department.
- Familiarity with a PSA or project tool such as RocketLane, Smartsheet or similar.
What success looks like in 90 days
- You have run at least one go-live to production reading, with the plan and risk log as the record of how it went.
- A repeatable implementation playbook exists: kickoff deck, workflow-mapping questions, configuration checklist, training outline, handoff criteria.
- Customers know who to call, and the first-week escalation path has been used and worked.
- Product has a written list of the friction you saw, ranked by how often it came up.
Growth path
- Grow into leading the implementation function as deployment volume increases, with implementation consultants and trainers alongside you.
- Shape how NewVue deploys at scale: standard timelines, reusable configuration patterns, and the metrics that say a go-live went well.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance.
- Unlimited PTO, with the expectation of responsible use and alignment with team needs.
- Fully remote work environment. Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Platform/SRE Lead (DevOps/AWS)
Own our cloud platform and delivery pipeline so product teams ship fast and safely. You will design and run the AWS foundations, standardize CI/CD, instrument observability, and build the security and compliance gates into the pipeline itself. The goal is a paved road for our products, so features launch in weeks rather than quarters.

Key responsibilities
Platform engineering and AWS
- Build and own AWS foundations: VPC design, subnets, routing, security groups, WAF, KMS, IAM, backups, and DR (RTO/RPO).
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform and/or CDK) with reusable modules, environment strategy, drift detection, and change control.
- Operate core services (ECS/EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, API Gateway/ALB/NLB) supporting multi-tenant microservices and data flows (HL7, FHIR, S3/SFTP).
CI/CD and release engineering
- Standardize pipelines for all services (build, test, scan, deploy) with artifact versioning, progressive delivery (blue-green and canary), and automated rollback.
- Implement test gates (unit, API, contract, smoke), schema and API compatibility checks, and zero-downtime migrations.
Observability and reliability
- Establish logs, metrics and traces with golden dashboards. Define SLIs, SLOs and error budgets per product.
- Lead on-call readiness: runbooks, incident response and postmortems, MTTR improvements, capacity and performance tuning, and cost optimization (tagging/FinOps, Savings Plans).
- Stand up monitoring and alerting with Datadog, Dynatrace or similar, and manage vendor integrations.
Security and compliance by design
- Embed SAST/DAST, dependency and container scans, IaC policy-as-code, SBOMs, and secrets management in the pipeline.
- Partner with the CTO on HIPAA, SOC 2 and HITRUST controls. Document and evidence those controls inside CI/CD and the cloud.
Developer experience, the paved paths
- Provide service templates, adapter scaffolds, local dev tooling, and reference repos that enforce best practices by default.
- Coach engineers on cloud and runtime patterns: resiliency, retries, fan-out and fan-in, idempotency, backpressure.
Cross-functional delivery
- Work with the Head of Engineering to align capacity and keep the bi-weekly release train on time.
- Partner with the CTO and Lead Architect on platform guardrails and reusable pipes for product teams (ingress and egress APIs only).
- Support the COO, TPM and Implementation on onboarding tiers and reusable adapters for customer go-lives.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering, with 3+ years leading or acting as the primary owner of cloud platforms.
- Deep AWS expertise: networking, IAM and KMS, containers and orchestration, RDS/Aurora, eventing, with IaC at scale (Terraform and/or CDK).
- Proven CI/CD design and operation: progressive delivery, automated rollback, artifacts, environment promotion.
- Strong observability practice (logs, metrics, traces), SLO and SLI design, and incident management (on-call, postmortems).
- Security-minded: secrets management, least privilege, image, dependency and IaC scanning, and experience supporting HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar.
- Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, TypeScript or Bash) and solid Git workflows.
- Excellent collaboration and communication across Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Security and Compliance.
- Comfort working with mixed in-house and outsourced teams.
Nice to have
- Healthcare and radiology data flows (HL7, FHIR), PHI handling patterns, and regulated-environment experience.
- Contract testing, schema registries, and message replay or poison queue handling.
- Datadog or Dynatrace administration, and FinOps practices.
What success looks like in 90 days
- One standardized CI/CD pipeline pattern adopted by product teams, with blue-green or canary live for at least one service.
- Baseline observability with golden dashboards, and documented SLOs for the Reporting and Cockpit services.
- Terraform or CDK modules in place for core infrastructure, backups and DR tested, secrets centralized.
- An incident and runbook library started, MTTR trending down, and the first cost dashboard live.
Growth path
- Build a small platform and SRE function, with an SRE and a QA automation partner.
- Evolve the paved-path tooling, expand policy-as-code, and scale multi-tenant controls as customer volume grows.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance.
- Unlimited PTO, with the expectation of responsible use and alignment with team needs.
- Fully remote work environment. Work from anywhere in the U.S.
