Information we collect
We collect personal identification information you provide directly, including name, email address, and phone number, along with usage data gathered automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you browse the site.
How we use it
We use the information to provide and maintain our service, respond to your inquiries, and monitor usage so we can improve the website.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or to protect our rights.
Security
Personal information is held on servers with encryption and is protected against unauthorized access.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies until you tell us we may. The first time you arrive you are asked to choose, and nothing beyond your own choice is stored before you do.
If you choose “Accept all”, we load two things that set cookies: HubSpot, which tells us how the site is used and connects an enquiry to the pages that led to it, and Google Ads, which measures whether our advertising works. Neither is loaded if you decline.
If you choose “Reject non-essential”, none of that loads. We keep a record of your choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page; it stays on your device and is not sent to us.
One exception worth naming. The form on our Request a Demo page is hosted by HubSpot, and it sets a HubSpot cookie when you use it. It is the form itself rather than tracking, so it loads whichever choice you made. If you would rather not, write to info@newvue.ai or call us instead.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of any page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
